Position Title: Adjunct Faculty, Finance & Economics, Ageno School of Business
Department Name: Ageno School of Business
Position Reports To: Associate Dean of Ageno School of Business
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
Salary Range: $1,833.33 per unit
Benefits: Limited University's benefits
Days & Hours: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Standard work schedule is 9:00 am to 5:30 PM, may be adjusted. Flexible schedule may require evening and weekend hours during peak periods.
BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE OF JOB:
The Department of Finance and Economics invites applicants for an adjunct faculty position in the field of finance and investments. The holder of this position will teach the graduate level.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Finance and Investments.
- Prepares and delivers lectures to students.
- Updates curriculum, problem sets and solutions as needed.
- Maintains academic and/or professional qualifications.
- Teaches at the graduate level in both the traditional academic and online environment and assists with curricular development and maintenance in the corporate tax area.
Qualifications
- Education requirement:
- Doctorate in Finance/Economics, Master's, MBA or CFA certification.
