Job Description: As a Door Attendant at Hidden Gem, you will play a critical role in establishing the brand in the St. Louis hospitality sector. This person will support us in our mission to create a space where everyone feels valued, empowered, and welcomed. The Door Attendant’s responsibilities will vary, from checking names for private parties, to keeping track of capacity.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the door with a welcoming energy, with tasks ranging from checking IDs to checking names on a list, to tracking capacity and politely turning customers away when we are full.
- Support a positive and inclusive work culture and guest experience.
- Approach guests in a timely and welcoming manner.
- Maintain the door area and keep it clean and organized.
- Maintain constant communication with and management (ex: sharing questions, comments, concerns from you or guests).
- Assist with special events, contributing to the overall experience of our guests.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any service issues with grace and efficiency.
- Follow all Hidden Gem protocol along with adhering to all state liquor laws.

Compensation, Hours, & Benefits
- Part Time Hourly $15/hr
- Approximately 10-15 hours/week
- Must be available nights and weekends
