- Promote and sell products by identifying customers' needs.
- Advise customers on the entire Golden Goose collection.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers.
- Maintain store standards according to company guidelines.
- Guarantee proper Customer Relationship Management, adhering to company standards.
- Embody and transmit the company's projects with passion through effective product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in other languages is a plus.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
- Self-motivation with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
- Excellent customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
