Qualifications

- Proven experience in catering, culinary arts, or hospitality management is preferred.
- Strong background in food production and restaurant management is highly desirable.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and dietary regulations is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to enhance overall service delivery.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and clients.
