Description
- Providing comprehensive care to a patient with Multiple Sclerosis, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Assisting with mobility using a Hoyer lift to safely transfer the patient from bed to wheelchair or other locations as needed.
- Monitoring the patient's condition and reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or healthcare team.
- Administering medication under the direction of a registered nurse or physician.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to the patient, promoting their comfort and well-being.
- Documenting care provided and maintaining accurate records of patient observations, activities, and vital signs.
Qualifications
CNA license is REQUIRED.
Condom Cath experience. (Preferred)
Hoyer lift experience. (Preferred)
