Description
Golden Heart Home Services, LLC is looking for a self starting, autonomous LPN to join our growing team in the Flint area. The LPN must be experienced in home care/home health and will be responsible for supervising and training CNA's and DCW's. The LPN will perform supervisory visits to the home every 90 days, perform skill check offs for new staff, Review the service plan and update the plans every 90 days. The LPN will fill medication reminders on a weekly and bi weekly basis in the clients homes, apply medication patches, and document skills on EMR system. The LPN will report directly to the RN Administrator. This position is flexible, as you set up the days and times to visit patients and a excellent way to supplement income. We offer bi weekly pay, dental and vision insurance.
*This is a 1099 contractor position*
Qualifications
- Must be reliable
- Have valid drivers license and vehicle insurance
- Current LPN license in the state of MI
- Self starter
- 2 years experience in home care, home health LTC and/or hospice
- Comfortable learning to chart on EMR system
- Excellent communication skills
- Compassionate
- Knowledgeable
- CPR/BLS/First Aid
- Current TB test
- Able to pass a criminal background check
Salary : $25 - $32
