• Golden Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 5 Star CMS, 280-bed skilled nursing facility located at 99 Golden Hill Drive, Kingston, NY 12401. We are seeking compassionate, professional, family oriented Full-Time and Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for all shifts, including Days, Evenings and Overnights, along with our Double Weekend program where you work two double shifts on a weekend and get paid for a 5^th shift!

  The Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) is responsible to provide various resident care activities and related duties for the specific needs and comfort of residents. They take direction from RNs and LPNs to carry out plan of care as well as complies with federal, state and local long-term care regulations. Certified Nurse Aides provide care for residents’ needs, as identified through resident assessment, and described in the plan of care. Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) assists nurses (RN and LPN) in providing the activities of daily living.

Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Main Duties and Critical Tasks:
Care for multiple residents in the facility.
Observe Resident Rights.
Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents
Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents
Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision
Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.

Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Required Education and Experience:
Current and valid  Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) license in the state of practice and employment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.

Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
