• Golden Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is searching for Full-Time and Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses for all shifts, including 12 hour shifts (7a-7p, 7p-7a) for Days and Nights, along with our Double Weekend program where you work two double shifts on a weekend and get paid for a 5^th shift! The Golden Hill family treats our residents, their family, friends, and staff with dignity, kindness, benevolence, and respect.   The License Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible to provide direct resident care under supervision of a RN, while adhering to each individual resident’s plan of care and to ensure provision of care for all residents during shift. They report all cases of alleged violations involving mistreatment, neglect, or abuse, including injuries of unknown sources.   • Pay Rate: $27 - $36/hour

Some of your Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities include:

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents

• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians

• Medication administration

• Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies

• Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes

• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS:

• LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State

• CPR Certification required

• Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
