We're Looking For A : User Group Data Admin and Photo Support Intern to provide essential support to the User Group team by assisting with product shipments, paperwork management, organization, and general administrative tasks. Busy User Group department with a full slate of Before & After photo shoots for health, beauty and wellness products is looking for a candidate with strong Capture One experience, and digital asset management skills to support User Group Photographer and the User Group Team. Solid understanding of photography is a plus.
Location : Full onsite at Woodland Hills CA HQ
What You'll Be Doing :
- Become familiar with User Group Before & After photo tracking grid (SOP) and naming conventions
- Run Capture One at User Group photo shoots to queue up "Before" photos for shooter, name assets and organize and track each digital photo in the SOP on the fly in real time
- Scan, label, and file paperwork in Google Drive for easy access and retrieval.
- Gain familiarity with internal systems and assist the team in optimizing workflow.
- Provide additional administrative and organizational support as needed to keep the user group program running smoothly.

The base salary range is $17-$20.
