We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to an individual in need. The ideal candidate will assist with all daily living activities, personal care, and ensure the overall well-being of our client.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to individual in their home
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating and toileting
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Experience in direct support or personal care roles preferred
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely when needed
- Proficient in meal preparation and medication reminders
- Familiarity with home and community care practices
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards others
Monday - Friday: 5p.m. to 10 p.m. Every other weekend: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
