What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Golden Horizons Assisted Living and Memory Care?
Purpose of the job:
This position is responsible for providing cleaning services in resident living quarters and common areas of the assisted living and memory care units to ensure safety, cleanliness and cleaning compliance of the facility.
Core Roles:
- Thoroughly clean resident apartment units by: mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning all countertops and appliances, cleaning all toilets and bathrooms, etc...
- Provide a welcoming and cleanly environment by cleaning all common areas, entryway, theatre room, chapel room and salon
- Maintain organization in offices and side rooms by cleaning and proper storage of items
- Assist with resident appointment rides if needed
