Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced multi game Casino Dealer to join our team. We operate daily casino cruises Thursday- Sunday. As a Casino Dealer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service while conducting various casino games. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment on board the Emerald Princess Casino cruise ship. Must have previous dealing experience.
Duties:
- Conduct casino games such as blackjack, roulette, and craps
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Explain game rules and procedures to new players
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor game play to ensure adherence to rules and regulations
- Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during gameplay
- Maintain a clean and organized gaming area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Casino Dealer is required.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Attention to detail and strong observation skills
- Must be at least 18 years old (or minimum age required by state regulations)
- Previous experience as a Casino Dealer is required.
