We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring.
- Cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Assist in menu planning and development to create innovative dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service during busy periods.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
- Participate in catering events as required, providing exceptional service to guests.
- Support the dietary department by preparing meals that meet specific dietary needs.
