Responsibilities
- Leadership: Guide, motivate, and mentor your team to achieve their best.
- Operations: Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with Golden Krust Ownerships' standards.
- Customer Service: Ensure every guest receives outstanding service and a memorable dining experience.
- Training & Development: Train and develop team members to uphold Golden Krust's quality and service standards.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant, retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or business management are a plus.
- Reliable & Dependable transportation
- NYC Food Handling Certificate a MUST
