Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated, hardworking individuals to join our team. As a post production crew member, you will be responsible for assisting in various tasks throughout several warehouses involving raw and cured cannabis.
***Applicants without a CO Marijuana Enforcement Division Badge will NOT be considered for hire.***
Responsibilities
- Trimming dried cannabis (adapting to various strains & structures will be required)
- Processing raw plants during harvest dates, readying them to dry
- Deep cleaning throughout warehouses to retain a clean environment for plants
- Working in a timely manner to upkeep production quotas
- Performing quality control while working through the product (discoloration, pests, fungus, etc.)
- Interacting with other employees in a positive manner
- Understands and ensures company standards are met, alongside complying with federal and state laws pertaining to operation
Experience/Requirements:
- Experience working in a team based environment
- Vehicle for transportation (There will be times where we will relocate or split crews)
- Having a close attention to detail
- A strong sense of punctuality
- Prior experience working formally with cannabis is a major plus, whether on the sales floor or in grows, but is not a requirement
