Customer Support Specialist Essential Functions:
- Provide high quality customer service to our customers
- Take inbound/outbound calls on a multi-line phone system
- Perform order entry and processing
- Monitor and reply to our on-line chat
- Coordinate with customers and other departments regarding order/shipment statuses
- Take on special projects when assigned
- Handle the product returns and process customer credits
- Help trouble-shoot order processing issues as needed
- A high school diploma or equivalent (e.g. a GED)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Team orientation with flexibility in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly learn a new software system and other new skills as needed
- Availability to work the following hours: M-F 9am -2 pm or M-TH 9 am- 2:30 pm
