Affiliate Manager

We are searching for an enthusiastic, driven, and relationship-oriented Affiliate Manager to join our team. This position will act as the primary liaison between the company and its transportation affiliates to maintain and grow successful working relationships that deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate can self-motivate in a fast- paced environment while maintaining a consistent positive mindset and attention to detail. They will have a background showcasing phenomenal customer service and/or sales experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Farm In and Farm Out relationships with partner transportation relationships
- Source and vet new transportation companies to add to affiliate partnership pool
- Review safety and insurance records of affiliate companies to ensure quality and safety of service
- Deliver performance review of service performance to affiliate companies
- Review operating rates and accuracy of market costs to ensure clarity and profitability of services rendered
- Communicating with company reservations and dispatch departments to confirm rate changes
- Confirming affiliate trips for accuracy, cost, and times of service prior to delivery
- Manage electronic communication through appropriate proprietary software
- Report daily activities to Vice President of Business Development
- Other duties, as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Communication, Marketing, or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and supporting application software
- Organized with extreme attention to detail
- Exceptional professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with consistent, upbeat mentality
- Basic mathematical proficiency
- 4 Years in a customer service role
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 Years in a Sales position
- 1-2 Years in hospitality industry
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
