The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with external marketing agencies, internal teams, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support business growth. 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team and support our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in campaign execution, content creation, and brand promotion while maintaining a keen understanding of the luxury market and affluent clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing & Brand Management 

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive business growth. 
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and traditional marketing platforms. 
• Work with the contracted marketing agency to optimize media strategies and promotional activities. 
• Develop marketing plans for new services, partnerships, and seasonal promotions. 

Client Engagement & Digital Strategy 

• Manage SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing campaigns. 
• Oversee social media content and website management to enhance online presence. 
• Implement customer engagement initiatives to increase brand loyalty. 

Performance Analysis & Optimization 

• Track and analyze marketing KPIs, including lead conversion, brand engagement, and ROI. 
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine marketing efforts. 
• Optimize marketing budgets based on performance insights. 

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support 

• Align marketing efforts with Sales, Reservations, and Business Development teams. 
• Develop partnership marketing strategies with corporate clients and event planners. 
• Support the creation of high-quality marketing materials for sales teams and trade shows. 

Qualifications & Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the luxury, hospitality, or high-end service industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills with experience in content creation.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for the luxury lifestyle market.
