Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Flexible for additional or fewer hours if desired)
Compensation & Benefits:

About the Role:
A warm and welcoming family in Banner is looking for a fun, reliable, and organized nanny to assist with their three children. This role focuses on engaging the children in learning activities, maintaining daily routines, and providing an extra helping hand for Mom.
Responsibilities:
- Engage the children in interactive and educational activities
- Assist with light meal prep and keeping play areas/children’s rooms tidy
- Support the daily homeschool routine for the older children
- Provide an extra set of hands for Mom, who will be home most of the time
- Offer flexibility when needed
About the Children:
- 9-year-old (son): Outgoing, loves books and math, quick learner
- 6-year-old (daughter): Shy at first, but doing great in kindergarten
- 6-year-old (son): Friendly and social, recovering from surgery, primarily cared for by Mom
The family also has a friendly 1-year-old beagle who is great with children!
Qualifications:
- Experience working with multiple children, ideally in a nanny or childcare role
- Organized and reliable with strong multitasking skills
- Comfortable working alongside a stay-at-home parent
- Energetic, patient, and engaging
- CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Flexible schedule preferred
