As an intermediate cook you play a key role in the kitchen, contributing to the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes.
Responsibilities
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
- Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
- Assists cook in preparing, seasoning and garnishing all foods in assigned area in accordance with established procedures.
- Performs any other duties as assigned.
- One year work experience in a similar environment
- Available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Training in food preparation required
