- Drives sales through engagement of customers
- Greets and receives customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
- Work with fellow co-workers and management to keep retail space clean and always organized.
- Maintain product on sales floor and filling backstock throughout assigned shift.
- Responsible for a point-of-sale register and accepting credit cards, cash, comps or in payment of retail items.
- Verifying identity of customers when using comps as a form of payment for retail items.
- Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees.
- Performs any other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma
- at least one (1) year retail experience including cashiering
- Must have or be able to obtain Casino Employee Registration (CER) license upon hire
- Good verbal and written communications skills required
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills preferred
- Ability to stand extended periods of times.
