- Perform dealer function for Craps in accordance with established policies and procedures, the State of Colorado Limited Gaming Act and other applicable municipal, state, and federal laws or regulations.
- Provides exceptional guest service.
- Performs dealers’ function for Craps in accordance with house established policies and procedures, the State of Colorado Limited Gaming Act and other applicable municipal, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Provides prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing at an assigned table.
- Exchanges guest currency for gaming tokens and deposits in table drop box.
- Provides personal attention and assistance to guest. Verifies guest winnings and explains gaming rules and regulations, as necessary. Acts to keep guest satisfied and motivated to return.
- Performs duties in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, including special attention to underage gaming as well as recommendations to Floor Supervisors in reference to alcohol consumption by patrons.
- Always maintains a general awareness of table operations.
- Maintains knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures as provided by Table Games Management.
- Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed, and directed.
- MUST have a Colorado Support Gaming License
- MUST have Craps and or Table Games Experience
