Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lake Charles, LA for a Front Desk Agent. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls, assisting with reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Additional tasks include handling guest inquiries, maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
