Responsibilities
- Conduct multiple physical inspections of hotel rooms, suites, guest common areas and employee areas.
- Supervise housekeeping employees.
- Assist hotel guest with inquires and or problem resolution.
- Assign work to Room Attendants and train associates in housekeeping duties; may perform cleaning duties.
- Write requisitions for room supplies and furniture renovation or replacements.
- Examine carpets, drapes and furniture for stains, damage, or wear.
- Prior industry experience.
- Minimum age is 21.
- Able to obtain licenses required by state law.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Effective communication skills.
- Available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
