Overview
The Special Events Promotions Manager is responsible for the successful planning, coordinating and implementation of all special event and promotional programs and offers on and off site. The Special Events and Promotions Manager will also assist with the operation of the marketing department. Perform special projects as directed by the Marketing Director.

The Special Events Promotions Manager is responsible for the successful planning, coordinating and implementation of all special event and promotional programs and offers on and off site. The Special Events and Promotions Manager will also assist with the operation of the marketing department. Perform special projects as directed by the Marketing Director.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning and execution of all retail and player promotions and offers, to include but not limited to special events, tournaments and other casino promotional activities.
- Plan, coordinate and execute all events on the casino floor, or off site.
- Advises other departments and Company personnel, as necessary, to assure the successful performance of all promotions and offers.
- Participate in planning of Marketing promotional and events calendar to achieve property goals and drive revenue.
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service to all patrons of the casino.
- Ensure accurate set up of promotions and events in player tracking and marketing systems.
- Oversee the activities of the Promotions Coordinator.
- Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
