Responsibilities
- Proper set up of assigned stations.
- Keep workstation clean, organized, stocked, safe and sanitized.
- Ensure kitchen area and equipment are in good condition.
- Attentive and detail oriented; work as a team player.
- Ability to perform basic cooking functions including carving, slicing, mixing, heating, and preparing pre-processed items including baked goods.
- Minimum of one to two years culinary experience preferred.
- Ability to read and understand recipe specifications.
- Minimum age requirement is 18.
