Overview
It is the responsibility of the Ticket Cashier to sell tickets, handle money, process credit card sales for Golden Nugget nationwide, book tours/concierge services, cabana/pool rentals, spa & salon services, and any other on-property reservations.

Responsibilities
- Sell Showroom reservations for all Golden Nugget properties.
- Sell Tours/Concierge services and coordinate for guests.
- Answering phones and processing phone reservations.
- Communication with Casino Marketing to ensure list of Casino Complimentary guests and special billing requests in addition to logging and filing of all reservations received through Food & Beverage office, Sales office and Executives.
- Sell, manage and communicate with Pool Manager regarding Cabana Rentals.
- Sell, manage and communicate with Spa Manager regarding Spa Services.
- Assist in reserving dining reservations for guests for inhouse restaurants.
- Upselling tickets and actively encouraging guests to purchase tickets.
- Provide information about the hotel and surrounding areas to all guests, in addition to printing boarding passes and assisting with other guest needs while providing excellent Service through all guest interactions.
- Assist in other guest service areas, including but not limited to, front desk, front services, room reservations, Spa & Salon, and food & beverage.
- Replenish ticket stock, envelopes, printer paper, brochures, and other supplies as needed.
- Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance.
- Legible handwriting, money handling and basic math skills required.
- Knowledge of data entry, personal computers, ten key, cash registers, telephones, and general office skills.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems. Knowledge of Hotel Reservation and Tour/Concierge systems a plus.
- Knowledge of Cabana reservation system.
- Knowledge of Spa & Salon reservation system and types of services.
- Must read, write, speak and understand English.
- Minimum age requirement is 21.
