Overview :
The Accounting Clerk assists and performs duties and assignments in the areas of General Accounting : General Ledger and Accounts Payable.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare / Send invoices within a timely manner after customers departure.
- Post advance deposits.
- Prepare journal entry for hotel account receivables activity.
- Cover / Assist Accounts Payable Coordinator with tasks and responsibilities for accounts payable.
- Address / Research credit card disputes and inquiries.
- Assist Staff Accountant with tasks and responsibilities for general accounting.
- Ensure the safety and security of employees and customer financial information.
- Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment wit hin area of responsibility.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
