Baker
A Baker prepares a variety of baked goods and delicious treats such as pastries, cakes, cookies and bread within the pastry shop of our dynamic casino environment.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum of two years of experience as a professional baker, with experience in a casino or high-volume environment preferred.
- A culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution with a specialization in baking preferred.
- Creativity and passion for baking, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of past work.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
