Customer Service Representative

We are Golden Nugget, a leading hospitality provider seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for coordinating all reservations activity on the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and assist guests with inquiries and requests in a prompt, courteous, and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records of corporate, special rates, and preferred company rates
• Routinely go above and beyond in delivering exceptional service to create an atmosphere that makes guests want to return
• Demonstrate strong work ethic, teamwork, and excellent interpersonal skills

Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in a high-volume hotel as a desk clerk or reservationist
