Overview:
- Manage the design and production of planned marketing programs, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Establish strategic marketing plans to achieve property objectives, driving revenue, profitability, and marketing share growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing programs to meet stated objectives, including print, electronic media, trade shows, direct mail, point-of-purchase displays, and signage.
- Oversee the management of marketing activities, collaborating with external agencies and suppliers to negotiate contract terms.
- Communicate effectively with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution.
- Manage the development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze marketing programs, adjusting strategies and tactics to optimize effectiveness and drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for increased sales, staying ahead of industry trends.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and approve the use of internal and external mailing lists, ensuring data integrity.
- Review analysis of marketing surveys on current and new product concepts, providing actionable recommendations for future product development.

Qualifications:
