Overview:
Posted Salary Range: USD $56,485.00 - USD $60,000.00 /Yr.
- Manages all casino operations, including maintaining the facility’s operating license and enforcing gaming regulation.

- Operates in compliance with the ICMPs and all State, Federal and Local regulations.
- Manages all casino operations, which includes maintaining the facility’s operating license and acts to enforce gaming regulations.
- Acts as the senior advisor to all departments on overall casino operations, including planning, organizing and staffing.
- Advises and recommends strategy to ensure the development of an effective and productive staff.
- Provides direction, advises and makes recommendations pertaining to all casino operations and regarding gaming regulations.
- Manages all casino operations and team members in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act.
- Authorized complimentary casino service to customers or employees within limits as established by the General Manager.
- Accesses entry to all casino assets and restricted areas.
- Performs, when necessary, as backup to casino staff.
- Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed or directed.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Immediate employees on premise.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years management experience with the day-to-day gaming operations.
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience determined to be acceptable.
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment screen
- Gaming industry experience is strongly preferred.
- CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Key Colorado Gaming License is required.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:- Strong guest service skills and the ability to ask questions and apply deductive reasoning and listening skills are essential.
