Posted Salary Range: USD $16.00 - USD $16.00 /Hr.
It is the responsibility of the Host/Hostess to greet guests as the enter the outlet, take reservations if needed, show the guest to their table and provide menus. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly manner
- Seat guests and provide menus
- Answering phone calls, take reservations as needed, answer guests’ questions.
- Knowledge of menu items.
- Attends pre-shift meetings.
- Maintains uniform appearance according to established guidelines.
- Welcomes guests, removes extra set-ups, and serves water to guests.
- Assists Food Server as needed.
- Assists with maintaining a neat, clean, and safe working environment.
- Turns-over/Takes-over station according to established procedure.
- Assist with to-go orders.
- Assist with sorting, polishing and rolling up silverware.
- Completes special projects as requested by Food & Beverage management.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Minimum age requirement is 17 years old.
- Health card is required
- Must have great people skills, a clean and well-groomed appearance, and to be respectful of everyone.
- Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
