Overview :
Surveillance Investigator
The Investigator primarily observes and reviews the Food and Beverage outlets via CCTV and Econnect software program.
Responsibilities :
- Observe the Food and Beverage Department outlets to make sure they are following all policies and procedures.
- Document and organize required evidence, video, and other information to support violations noted during observations and investigations.
- Prepare final reports and other written documentation that support investigative findings and recommendations.
- Complete the above activities in a timely manner and according to policy and procedure
