Golden Oak Lending is seeking a highly experienced and innovative IT Manager to lead and manage our technology initiatives and infrastructure. This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure the seamless operation of our IT environment, align technology strategies with business goals, and act as a change agent to drive the adoption of new technologies and process improvements in a rapidly evolving industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise IT management and a proven track record of delivering secure, efficient, and scalable IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic IT Leadership:
- Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy, aligning with business objectives and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Act as a change agent to promote the adoption of new technologies and process improvements, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
- Lead the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
- Office 365 Administration:
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and related tools.
- Ensure secure and efficient collaboration across all business units using Office 365 applications.
- Azure Hybrid Environment:
- Oversee the management of the Azure hybrid cloud environment, including resource optimization, scalability, and disaster recovery planning.
- Endpoint Management:
- Lead the implementation and administration of Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, ensuring secure and efficient device lifecycle management.
- Define and enforce endpoint security policies across the organization.
- IT Hardware and Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT hardware infrastructure, including:
- Switching, routing, and network optimization.
- Wireless access points ensuring seamless connectivity and coverage.
- Firewalls and other security appliances for robust network security.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware and IT services.
- Help Desk Management:
- Oversee the Help Desk team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT issues and delivery of exceptional user support.
- Develop and implement help desk policies and procedures to improve service delivery and user satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems, with proactive monitoring and rapid incident response.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, tracking expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
- Compliance and Security:
- Implement best practices for IT security and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments, addressing vulnerabilities effectively.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry.
- Proven expertise with Microsoft Office 365, Azure hybrid environments, and Microsoft Intune Endpoint Manager.
- Strong hands-on experience with IT hardware infrastructure, including switching, wireless access points, and firewalls.
- Demonstrated ability to lead help desk operations and drive process improvements.
- Technical Skills:
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud architectures, and IT security best practices.
- Familiarity with modern networking principles and tools.
- Experience with system integration, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Change Management:
- Proven experience in driving organizational change through the adoption of new technologies and process improvements.
- Strong ability to engage stakeholders, communicate benefits, and overcome resistance to change.
- Leadership:
- Strong team management and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Pay: $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
