- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers

- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and upselling products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of wireless sales is desirable
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build customer relationships
- Proficient in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system and handling cash transactions
- Basic understanding of retail math for calculating discounts, percentages, and sales totals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
