Description
Golden Pass LNG, a joint venture of Qatar Energy & ExxonMobil, has an exciting opportunity for Maintenance Systems Analyst at our Sabine Pass, TX location (approximately 10 minutes from Port Arthur, TX). We are looking for team members that have a proven track record of providing support, have strong intrapersonal and communication skills, and are self-motivated and self-directed to be a part of our transformation from an import facility to the premier LNG exporter in North America.
The Maintenance Systems Analyst will be responsible for creation and maintenance of Master Data that are fundamental to business processes. The analyst shall ensure data quality and integrity, compliance, and consistency of master data across business systems. The Analyst will be an interface between in IT and maintenance team and work invariably to create and maintain MM & PM master data and co-ordinate the master data management in terms of analyzing and incorporating changes, new additions, and deletions. This role will also be liaison with internal and external parties and will interface directly with Engineering, Maintenance, and Warehouse stake holders.
Essential Duties / Functions
- Master Data Management in SAP PM/MM. Ensuring the quality of data as per standards.
- Ownership of Master Data ranging from new creation, change management, and deletion through established processes including mass change programs.
- Interface between IT and Maintenance team coordinating the data flow as per business requirements.
- Participate in enhancing process for SAP improvements per business requirements including integrations and upgrades.
- Track changes in field and incorporate the data in drawings and master data.
- Facilitate Equipment Performance evaluation such as conducting FMEA, Historic failures’ review, incorporating the updated maintenance tasks / procedures in SAP PM.
- Migration of data into SAP from legacy / standalone systems such as Pi, PCMS etc.
- Review breakdown & corrective maintenance data and address gaps in maintenance tasks and spare parts requirements ensuring Equipment availability.
- Setting-up spare parts data to facilitate inventory planning. Review stock levels and adjust MRP settings of materials.
- Coordinate spare parts cycle count and update inventory levels based on materials’ demand.
- Vendor engagement to confirm obsolete / superseded parts in Material Master and perform necessary changes in inventory and work order data.
- Warranty Management and Insurance claim for Assets
- Maintenance Budget Management and interface with various stake holders
- New Master data creation such as FLOC, Task list, Material Master records and BOM
- Focal point for Exception, Exclusions, and FIMS
Minimum education required of the position.
Bachelor’s or associate degree or relevant technical discipline or equivalent work experience
Minimum experience required of the position.
- 5 years of previous leadership experience
- Experience in Master data management in Oil & Gas industries. LNG facility experience is preferred.
- Experience in SAP PM & MM modules
- Experience in managing master data across PM and MM modules ranging from Asset Register, Maintenance Tasks/Task List Components/Items/Plans, Bill of materials, Material Master, Obsolescence management.
