Duties

- Utilize QuickBooks for financial management, including budgeting and expense tracking.
- Coordinate schedule management for staff and meetings to optimize productivity.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training as needed to enhance team performance.
- Maintain vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality.
- Implement office management best practices to improve efficiency and workflow.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Operate phone systems effectively to manage communications within the office.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and budgeting practices is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in schedule management and organizational abilities.
- Experience with front desk operations and customer service is a plus.
- Familiarity with vendor management processes and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
