Full-time, Day shift
Golden Pavilion is seeking a Treatment Nurse LVN/RN. The Treatment Nurse is responsible for patient/resident skin care and other medical assessments, treatments and documentation, under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services (DON) and/or attending physician(s). Assists in recommending modifications of treatment regimens to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of the resident, in accordance with established medical practices, federal and state regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities of the Treatment Nurse LVN/RN:
- Provides treatment and therapeutic services per physician orders
- Audits and completes treatment sheets or other required charting documentation to ensure they are updated and accurate
- Collecting information from the residents to be admitted; medical records, and insurance details.
- Recording health details of residents; including vitals & temperature.
- Administering medications and injections to residents as needed.
- Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
- May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA).
- Helps residents get dressed and take care of personal hygiene.
- Monitors residents' food and liquid intake and output
Requirements for Treatment Nurse LVN/RN:
- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Must be in good standing with the State Registry
- 1 year of Treatment Nursing/Wound Care experience, preferred
- Willing to work on the floor should the need arise
