We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pest control services for residential and commercial clients, ensuring effective solutions to pest problems while maintaining high standards of customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to account management and the ability to generate leads through various sales techniques.
Duties
- Manage client accounts by maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies to expand the customer base.
- Utilize Salesforce software for tracking customer interactions, managing accounts, and reporting on sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members to develop business development strategies that enhance service offerings and increase market presence.
- Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and the importance of regular maintenance services.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong skills in account management, lead generation, and technical sales are highly desirable.
- Experience with outside sales or territory sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and business development strategies is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation for travel between job sites.
