Our Special Accounts team creates and delivers the right solutions by partnering with our members to resolve delinquent account issues.
We are searching for an individual with the following abilities:

Bilingual preferred
Computer Skills
· Fluency in Microsoft Office tools
· Experience with multiple browsers and tabs
Primary Responsibilities include:
· Controlling delinquent loan accounts.
· Collect delinquent loan payments with outbound calls and email communication.
· Recover collateral
· Respond to inbound inquiries from both members and team members
· Be receptive and responsive to feedback and coaching.'
