Inside Sales Representative - GPS
General Statement of Duties:
Responsible for new business development and prospecting utilizing the sales and marketing tools currently available within the company from an inside sales format as well as responsible for maintaining the new business that has been developed.
Supervised By: Director of Food Service / Ohio Operations
Supervises: NONE
Primary Job Duties:
· Develop sales to new business prospects for the GPS products.
· Actively seek new sales opportunities utilizing the marketing and sales tools that GPS currently has to develop new business.

· Qualify sales leads.
· Maintain ongoing relationships with new customers addressing concerns
· Check in with customers for reorders and upsell when it makes business sense.
· Develop sales presentations tailored to individual customer’s needs
· Negotiate pricing and sales terms to ‘close deals’.
· Update and maintain customer information within the company’s CRM system.
· Track sales activity, performance metrics, and provide reports to management as needed.
· Assist with past due collections for Inside Sale customers as required.
Secondary Job Duties
- Provide back-up coverage where needed, primarily for GPS customer service.
- Continued Education and Development Program when provided by GPS
- Performs other job duties as required and authorized.

Physical Requirements:
· Sitting at a desk using a computer and monitor most of the workday
· Some walking around office and warehouse required

· Able to work overtime as required to meet project deadlines
· Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workspace
Experience/Education Requirements:
· 3 years working in office/sales environment
· High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
