Golden Rain Foundation (GRF) is located within the Leisure World Seal Beach community. We are a nationally recognized gated community of active 55-plus residents located in sunny, breezy Seal Beach, California. It debuted in 1962 as the nations first planned retirement community for seniors. GR provides the property management services for LWSB.

Job Summary:
The Portfolio Specialist for Multiple Homeowners Associations (HOAs) at GRF works under the direction of the Mutual Administration Director. This role is integral to the operation and governance of 16 individual Mutual corporations within the community of Leisure World, Seal Beach. The Portfolio Specialist supports the administrative team in preparing for and attending monthly meetings, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines like Davis Stirling and Roberts Rules of Order, and assisting the Mutual Board of Directors in interpreting policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Homeowners Association (HOA) operations and administration
- Knowledge of civil codes related to governance of HOA operations
- Proficient in office administration and business etiquette
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics
- Familiarity with software programs such as Microsoft Office, Proptia, and CINC
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and attend multiple meetings daily, providing follow-up on action items
- Assist Mutual Board of Directors in interpreting and implementing policies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant civil codes and regulations
- Manage department calendars and prioritize workflow
- Uphold integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all interactions
Salary:
This an hourly, non-exempt position with a pay range from $29.00 up to $39.37 per hour, depending on the depth of experience.
