We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. Responsibilities
- File and organize insurance invoices and other important documents.
- Accurately enter inventory data into our system.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record maintenance.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.
- Perform general office duties, including photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
- Provide administrative support to other team members as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
