What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Kapolei - Ewa Beach position at Golden Rule ABA, LLC?
We’re on the hunt for a Behavior Analyst who’s all about collaboration, compassion, and a touch of fun.
If you’re someone who lights up when a child finds their voice—and you want to be part of a small, flexible, and supportive team that celebrates every win (big or small)—we’d love to meet you!
We’re grounded in trauma-informed care and centered on connection. Our approach is deeply respectful of the kids we support and the amazing humans who work with them.
Curious about FTF’s Skills-Based Teaching (SBT)? If it’s new to you—get ready, because it’s a game-changer. And if you’re already on board the SBT train, you’ll be happy to know we’ve got a team of behavior technicians who are trained, experienced, and ready to dive in with you.
This position can be part-time or full-time, with room to grow into a salaried role. Whether you're a freshly minted BCBA or have years under your belt, we’re excited to connect, chat ABA, and share some joy in the work we do.
