Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative with experience in cold calling to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand clients' needs and propose appropriate cleaning services to meet their requirements.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Experience with cold calling and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to achieving sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
