Home Inspector

Job Description

Golden Rule Home Inspections is seeking a licensed home inspector to join our team. We are the most thorough and knowledgeable inspection company in the area, and we are committed to delivering high-quality service to our clients. Pay will start at $25 /hr for the first 3 weeks while training is provided and will lead to $40-$60k annually depending on the real estate market!

Requirements:

• Must hold a Florida home inspection license or be currently enrolled in a state-approved home inspection course.
• Construction knowledge and experience preferred.
• Computer literate with the ability to generate reports.
• Reliable transportation to travel to inspection sites.
• Owns necessary inspection tools.
• Training provided
• Comfortable working in attics, on roofs, and in confined spaces.
• High school diploma required; two years of college or trade school preferred.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Learn and apply our unique inspection methods.
• Work collaboratively with a team to conduct home inspections.
• Perform inspections independently after completing training.
• Conduct mold testing, radon testing, infrared thermography, and other specialized inspections.
