The Hiring Process:

Step 3: Complete a 1st round in-person interview.
Step 4: Complete a 2nd round in-person interview.
Here are the 3 Main Things You’ll Do:
- Lead Content & Strategy – Oversee all content creation, ensuring fresh, innovative marketing ideas while leveraging proven industry tactics that drive success.
- Optimize Marketing Spending – Manage the marketing budget, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Inspire & Lead – Guide a team, keeping them motivated, accountable, and aligned with company goals.
