Summary
We are seeking a dedicated (1099) Independent Contractor Cleaner to join our team at Golden Standard Enterprises. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining clean and safe environments for our clients, ensuring that every facility meets our high standards of cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned according to established protocols and schedules.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while performing cleaning duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
