Summary
Golden Standard Enterprises is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This position focuses on cleaning and preparing vacant apartments. Your role is essential in helping us uphold excellence and ensuring that every space we service meets our company’s quality and standards.
Essential Functions
- Cleaning areas by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, glass cleaning, dusting, etc.
- Clean and stock restrooms as needed
- Follow and complete a job schedule within the time frame allowed
- Empty trash receptacles inside and outside
Qualifications
- Cleaners must obtain and maintain their own cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies
- Cleaners must obtain Workers’ Compensation and keep current each year
- Cleaners must have use of a current smartphone to be eligible for contracts
- Driver's license and transportation
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $3,062.00 - $5,000.00 per month
